In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing Information entered and provided by you on the Checkout page.

1.4. By making an offer to purchase items through the Site, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where Mahallati Jewellery feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
1.5. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
2. Online Orders Placed on the Site
2.1. You may place orders for the purchase of products through the Site (“Online Orders”).
2.2. All Online Orders are subject to acceptance by Mahallati Jewellery and item availability, and items in your Shopping Cart on the Site are not reserved and may be purchased by other
customers. Mahallati Jewellery offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from within our network of Boutiques. From time to time, products for sale may not be available to you due to necessary components not having been delivered to us by our suppliers. Consequently, you may, from time to time, be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Mahallati Jewellery. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address with Mahallati Jewellery to receive a notification upon the selected item being in stock.
2.3. Products may be pre-allocated to complete Advance Purchases and such products will be dispatched with priority to customers that have made an Advance Purchase over customers on the ‘Waiting List’ for a product or customers later placing an Online Order. If Mahallati Jewellery is unable to dispatch an Advance Purchase for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, production issues or quality issues, we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within 30 days of being advised that the product has become unavailable.
2.4. Please take care to provide us with your correct name, address and contact details at the point of sale before we generate your tax invoice. Mahallati Jewellery will not amend or re-issue tax invoices once they have been processed with the information provided by you at the time of transaction.
